Not all heroes wear uniforms. Some simply roll up their sleeves and donate blood, knowing that somewhere, a life may be waiting for their kindness.
To celebrate this spirit of selfless giving, Vishakha Foundation, in association with GCCI, supported an initiative dedicated to appreciating blood donors and encouraging more people to join this life-saving cause. The programme first recognized 300 donors and was later expanded to honor 1,000 more individuals whose simple act of generosity became a source of hope for countless families.
For many donors, giving blood is not about recognition – it is about helping someone they may never meet. Yet every act of kindness deserves gratitude. Through thoughtful gifts and heartfelt appreciation, the initiative acknowledged the people who quietly choose to make a difference when it matters most.
